⤢ Full screenWith Jesus in our midstWe gather round the board;Though many, we are one in Christ,One body in the Lord.
Our sins were laid on himWhen bruised on Calvary; For us he died, and rose again,A pledge of victory.
Faith eats the bread of life,And drinks the living wine; Thus we, in love together knit,On Jesus' breast recline.
Then let our powers unite,His glorious name to raise; And holy joy fill every mind,And every voice be praise.

As printed: hymn number «1111» (large) in the left column of p. 378, under «Isaac Watts.» of hymn 1110, with the reference line «558, 732, 762.» in italic figures beside it (sing to the tune of hymn 558, 732 or 762 — BOYLSTON, DAY, KENTUCKY, all S. M.; the line ends with a full stop). Four stanzas, numbered «1»–«4» without a full stop (written «1.»–«4.» here, as in the other deliveries of this book); lines 2 and 4 of each stanza are indented. The first word «WITH» is set in a capital and small capitals; written «With». «Anon.» in italics at the right under stanza 4. The print sets a thin space before some «;» (e.g. «board ;», «wine ;», «raise ;»); it is closed up here, and the apostrophe of «Jesus'» is written straight. Spelling, punctuation and capitals are the print's.
