⤢ Full screenLord, in thy presence here we meet,May we in thee be found;O, make the place divinely sweet,And let thy grace abound.
With harmony thy servants bless,That we may show to theeHow good, how sweet, how pleasant 't isWhen brethren all agree.
May Zion's good be kept in view,And bless our feeble aim,That all we undertake to do,May glorify thy name.
About this hymn
As printed Words only. As printed: hymn number «1016» (large) at the top of the right column of p. 348, with the reference line «179, 114, 354.» in italic figures beside it (sing to the tunes of hymns 179, 114 or 354; no meter is printed — the lines 8.6.8.6 are C. M., like the referenced tunes). Stanzas numbered «1»–«3» without periods (written «1.»–«3.» here, as in the other deliveries of this book); lines 2 and 4 indented. The first word «LORD» is set in capitals and small capitals; written «Lord». «Anon.» in italics, right-aligned, after stanza 3. The print sets a thin space before «;» («found ;»); it is closed up here. «'t is» (stanza 2) keeps the print's apostrophe before the t and the word space after it (the t is a damaged sort). In stanza 3 the apostrophe of «Zion's» did not print (a gap is left where it stands); it is written «Zion's» (see `uncertainties.md`). Apostrophes are written straight. Spelling, punctuation and capitals are the print's.
